P462K worth of illegal drugs were seized from a High-Value Individual (HVI) target during a buy-bust operation.
Camp Tomas Ll. Cabili, Tipanoy, Iligan City — As part of the intensified campaign against Anti-illegal Drugs operation of Iligan City Police Office, a High-Value Individual (HVI) target was arrested by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Iligan City Police Station 4 during a bust operation at Purok Malipayon, Brgy Ubaldo Laya, Iligan City.
Suspect was identified as Arnold Capitan y Lopez, male, 53 years old, single, jobless, a resident of Purok Malipayon, Ubaldo Laya, this City. A total of 67.96 grams of illegal drugs was seized during the buy-bust operation with an estimated Dangerous Drug Board (DDB) value of P462,183.76. Three months upon his subdued, this Office had conducted aggressive monitoring and close coordination with our counterparts from neighboring provinces.
