Alter 3 years since its announcement to develop a residential project in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, real estate developer, RGJ Realty Corporation had finally break ground for the construction of Valley View Township on April 2, 2023, Sunday.
Spread across a I4-hectare property, this PIO Billion residential development project will comprise of 25 high rise buildings at 13 storeys each and will produce a total of 10,400 affordable and comfortable residences. RGJ Realty Corporation owner, Former Congressman Romeo Jalosjos said that the main goal of this project is to address the housing gaps of Visayas and Mindanao, providing shelter to Filipino families, especially the less fortunate.
Its 3-year construction will commence right away dedicating the first phase to socialized housing through a deal with the Social Finance Housing Corporation (SHFC). Is aim is to target the workers o Phividec Industrial Authority and the residents of Tagoloan and Villanueva towns as pioneer beneficiaries for these low-cost housing units.
The Valley View Township will also feature a chapel, an event center, function hall, a club house, a forest trail walk, children’s playground, fitness center, basketball court, parks and picnic areas and retail/commercial units among many other amenities, thus, creating a whole new world within the beautiful municipality of Tagoloan.
