Our warmest congratulations to our District’s mother Club, the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro (RC CDO), on its 78th Induction and Changeover Ceremonies.

As the District’s First Club, RC CDO has set the tone and standard for the rest of us. It is a pillar of strength that has nurtured the District through the years.

When RC CDO moves, the District feels it. When RC CDO shines, the District glows with it.

I congratulate Outgoing President Neil Que and his Team for such a focused, meaningful and successful year of service. I am excited to work closely with new President Leony Quicoy and his Officers as they continue the great legacy of fellowship and community service of the Club.

I believe that despite RC CDO’s glorious past, there is more history to be made starting this Rotary Year. And we are making it together.

I wish the District’s mother Club more success, continued relevance, greater impact, wider reach and stronger bonds of friendship this year and in the decades to come!
