FORT BONIFACIO, Taguig City – The Philippine Army presented its personnel readiness and development plan to enhance its responsiveness in the fast-changing regional and global security landscape during a DND-led review presided by DND Usec. Angelito M. De Leon at the Philippine Army Officers’ Clubhouse on August 14, 2024.
The proposed PA personnel readiness and development plan will serve as the basis for the different positions in the organization and the grades or ranks authorized for every position.
The Army top brass led by Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido and Army Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Potenciano C. Camba also attended the said review.
