Italpinas Development Corporation also announced the upcoming launching of its two project developments, Citta Alta and Verona Green Residences @ Gusa. The Città Alta is the final piece to the master-planned development, Primavera City. To be developed by IDC Prime, upscale Città Alta will have 32 storeys and a roof deck with amenities. Citadines Hotel by Ascott will occupy the 2nd to 14th floor and residential units from 15th to 32nd floors
