WATCH: Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) personnel from the United States arrived in the town of Sibuco, Zamboanga del Norte for a thorough investigation related to the capture of Elliot Oniel Eastman, a 26-year-old American national.
FBI agents immediately met with Sibuco Mayor Joel Ventura before they went to the house of the Pinay wife of Eastman in Sitio Tungawan, Barangay Poblacion.
They were accompanied by officers from the Sibuco Municipal Police Station and some barangay officials to gather important information that will help speed up the rescue operation for Eastman.
FBI ensures their stay in the area to ensure the safety of Eastman’s wife.
It can be remembered that Eastman had been living in the area for about five months after he married his Filipina wife in the Islamic tradition and was kidnapped on October 17,2024 by 4 kidnappers using PNP uniforms using gray Jungkong and flee towards direction of Barangay Basakan Mohammad Ajul.
