The Bureau of Customs (BOC) – Collection District XII witnessed the Change of Command Ceremony of the Philippine Army’s 1003rd “Raptor” Brigade at Camp Don R Marcos, Malagos, Davao City.
Outgoing Commander Major General Consolito P. Yecla turned over the leadership of the brigade to incoming Commander Colonel Marion T. Angcao.
The said Office continues strengthening its relations with its partner enforcement agencies to uphold Commissioner Bienvenido Rubio’s program to curb contraband smuggling in its shared areas of responsibility.
BOC Collection District XII was represented by its Enforcement Security Service and Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service and took place last March 4, 2023.
