National Security Adviser Eduardo Año and Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jonvic Remulla have denied claims that they were part of a so-called “core group” that plotted to have former President Rodrigo Duterte arrested and handed over to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Año and Remulla have refuted allegations that they played a role in the planning and execution of Duterte’s arrest, which was carried out on March 11, 2025.
