14-B Valley View Township breaks ground

No less than RGJ Realty Corporation chairman former Zamboanga del Norte Rep. Romeo Jalosjos Sr. graced the groundbreaking of his company’s ambitious Valley View Township condominium project, April 2 in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.

Valley View Township consists of 25 residential towers, 13 storeys each in eight clusters. It has complete amenities of a township like open spaces, market, church, commercial center, among others.

The first phase is under President Marcos’ Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) to be bankrolled by the Social Financing Housing Corporation.

Expressing their gratitude to Jalosjos’ company and their support to the project are Misamis Oriental Gov. Peter Unabia, Misamis Oriental second district Rep. Yevgeny Vincente Emano, Tagoloan Mayor Nadya Elipe, Tagoloan Vice Mayor Robinson Sabio, municipal councilors and nine barangay chairmen of Tagoloan, particularly Sta. Ana barangay chairman Elmo Ragandang and members of the barangay council.

In his speech, Jalosjos rebounded the gratitude and thanked the officials and residents of Tagoloan for their acceptability of the project.

With this development, issuances of pertinent documents to start the construction of the project are now underway with Governor Unabia himself assuring the former congressman that he is in full support of the project, even hinting that RGJ Realty Corporation will invest in another property in Laguindingan town, also in Misamis Oriental.

For his part, Congressman Bambi Emano was emotional as he enumerated the many economic benefits that would trickle once the project is realized.

His sister, Mayor Nadia Emano- Elipe, also expressed her wholehearted thanks to the Jalosjos firm for choosing Tagoloan as the site of the vertical residential development.

This project is in line with the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino program of the government to prioritize rural areas over big cities in its implementation.

Along this line, Housing and Urban Development Secretary Jose Acuzar urged the targeted beneficiaries of the project to start inquiring from the local government and from RGJ Realty Corporation this early on how to avail of the project.

It was learned that 10,400 units are intended for the residents of Tagoloan and the hundreds of workers of locators operating inside the Phividec Industrial Estate.
