THE Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan Alumni Association, Inc. (XUAAAI) proudly marks another significant milestone with the formal signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Towns I.T. Services for the development and implementation of the XU Alumni Hub, an online community and digital engagement platform for the XU alumni community.
This milestone represents one of the biggest leaps forward for the XU alumni community in embracing innovation, digital technology, and modern alumni engagement.
The XU Alumni Hub is envisioned to provide a centralized digital platform where XU alumni can connect, engage, participate, access information, and remain actively involved in the growing alumni community.
The initiative is made possible through the collaboration of XUAAAI and the Xavier University Alumni Relations Office (ARO), bringing together alumni leadership, technology, and the Universityโs alumni engagement efforts toward one shared vision: a more connected, accessible, organized, and digitally empowered XU alumni community.
WHAT THE XU ALUMNI HUB CAN DO FOR XU ALUMNI
The platform will provide the alumni community with opportunities to:
-Stay connected with fellow alumni chapters;
-Access official alumni announcements, events, and activities in one centralized platform;
-Register and participate in alumni programs, including major events such as the XU Grand Alumni Homecoming and XU Alumni Sports Fest;
-Build professional and personal networks within the wider XU alumni community;
-Discover alumni opportunities, programs, and initiatives;
-Strengthen chapter engagement and communication;
-Support and participate in alumni-led programs and community initiatives;
-Help establish a more organized and connected digital alumni ecosystem for present and future generations of ateneans.
More than a technology platform, the XU Alumni Hub is a step toward building a digital home for the XU alumni community, where alumni can remain connected to the University, to one another, and to opportunities to serve and give back.
This is not simply about creating an online system.
It is about creating a stronger alumni community.
Along this line, XUAAAI president George Goking Sr. strongly encouraged all XU alumni to register and update their information through the XU Alumni Hub.
