Dapitan City —From the cozy coffee shop of world-class Dakak Beach Resort, three good men led by Romeo ‘Nonong’ Jalosjos had brewed a housing project to become the centerpiece of PBBM’s Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Housing Program.
Now taking shape in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, Valley View Township, owned and operated by RGJ Real Estate Corporation has stepped up the government’s real estate mantra to the next level as it pioneers in mid-rise, mix-use housing project in a rural setting with modern, state-of-art urban amenities.
Valley View Township had its groundbreaking ceremony last April 2, 2023 attended by top officials of the government housing program, local officials and stakeholders.
Nestled on top of a hill overlooking the commercial hub of Phividec Industrial Estate and Macajalar Bay, Valley View Township has a 12-B blueprint consisting of 25 towers at 13 storeys each spread in a 14-hectare property located Sta. Ana, the biggest barangay Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.

Valley View Township is the latest of Nonong Jalosjos pet project popularly known in his initials as RGJ.
During the launch, FEDERICO AGUSTIN LAXA,�President and CEO�of Social Housing Finance Corporation lauded Nonong Jalosjos for his visionary effort to build the Valley View Township thru RGJ Realty for the people of Tagoloan and the rest of Northern Mindanao.
Misamis Oriental Governor Peter Unabia who graced the occasion congratulated Nononv Jalosjos of working with Tagoloan Mayor Nadia Emano-Elipe realize this noble housing project that will soon “benefit not only the residents of Tagoloan but also the people of Misamis Oriental.”
“We are indeed grateful to Nonong Jalosjos whom I had my utmost respect for getting this project done outside of Dapitan. The people of Misamis Oriental owes this housing project to him with much appreciation”, said Congressman Bambi Emano of the 2nd District of Misamis Oriental.
The economic benefits that would be generated out from this project is endless, down to the ordinary residents of Tagoloan who, in one way or the other are seen to enjoy sustainable effects of progress Nonong Jalosjos would share to the people of Tagoloan, said Mayor Nadia Emano.
