Version One
______________2024
For: Honorable ALEXANDER G. GESMUNDO
Chief Justice, Supreme Court
We, the undersigned REHIRED employees, who were illegally terminated by the NPC on 28 February 2003, hereby humbly APPEAL to The Most High Supreme Court, for the early resolution of the Motion for Clarification (MC) of Atty. Cornelio P. Aldon and Atty. Victoriano V. Orocio dated 16December2019.
Your honor, please be informed, that we only seek for a fair and just compensation for our illegal termination from the National Power Corporation, by way of Salary Differentials.
During our Reemployment, either at the TRANSCO, PSALM and the New NPC, we had suffered the diminution of our salaries, loss of benefits associated to the Position, loss of seniority rights (step increase), demotions, and dislocations.
We believed, Article 294 of the Labor Code of the Philippines and the EPIRA Law (Section 63 and its IRR, Sections 1 to 5), provided compensation for illegally terminated employees like us.
We therefore, fervently pray for the High Court’s favorable consideration to this appeal. Looking forward for, a timely prescription of Justice.
Thank you. More power. God Bless!
Respectfully yours,
