Pueblo de Oro nominated Best Boutique Developer of the Year 2024

The Outlook 2024- Philippine Real Estate Grand Awards

Cagayan de Oro’s Real Estate Pioneer Developer has been nominated for the highest award in the Philippine property sector.

Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO) is one of the nominees for the Grand Awards for the category “Best Boutique Developer of the Year 2024”.

In a press statement released this week, Lamudi Philippines, the leading online real estate platform in the Philippines, revealed its official nominees for The Outlook 2024: Philippine Real Estate Awards. The finalists include 79 entries across 17 prestigious categories.

Aside from the Grand Awards, PDO has also been nominated in two categories for Luzon, and one in the Visayas.

For Luzon, PDO’s Courtyards Lipa is nominated as the Best Premium House of the Year 2024; and Townscapes Malvar as Best Mixed-Use Development of the Year 2024, while Park Place 2 is nominated as the Best Premium House of the Year 2024 in the Visayas.

Through this awarding ceremony, Lamudi aims to celebrate real estate excellence in diverse property types and price ranges all over the Philippines — even reaching new markets as 46% of nominations came from developers submitting their developments for the first time.

“We are honored to be recognized among the country’s leading real estate developers and Pueblo de Oro, being nominated in several prestigious categories at The Outlook: Philippine Real Estate Grand Awards, is a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence across all our projects,” said Prim Nolido, PDO President.

“These nominations highlight our dedication to consistently delivering innovative, high-quality townships and communities in key cities nationwide. This recognition not only celebrates the hard work and passion of our team, but also inspires us to continue setting new benchmarks in the Philippine real estate industry,” he added

This year’s awards also introduce new categories, recognizing some of the most viable options for recognizing one of the most viable options for luxury real estate investment in the Philippines.

Following category-specific criteria, the award finalists underwent rigorous deliberation by esteemed industry leaders in architecture, construction, interior design, and real estate investment. The second part of the stringent screening process is a survey component, involving active property buyers and investors.

Winners across all 17 award categories, along with special awards, will be announced at the gala night of The Outlook 2024: Philippine Real Estate Awards at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila on Nov. 21, 2024. In addition to honoring the country’s most outstanding real estate developers, the gala will highlight real estate innovation through a roundtable discussion and knowledge-sharing sessions.
