The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, represented by Governor Peter “Sr. Pedro” M. Unabia, has formally entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with A Brown Co., Inc., (ABCI) represented by its President Robertino Pizarro.
The agreement focuses on the development of a portion of the Misamis Oriental Provincial Capitol Compound in Cagayan de Oro City into a mixed-use complex.
The project, which will be fully funded by A Brown at a cost of P2.5 billion, will be implemented in two phases and will feature a high-rise multi-purpose building, commercial and office buildings, a dormitory, and a public park at the Provincial Capitol Grounds, Thursday evening January 23,
