According to Lt. Col. John Paul Baldomar, Commanding Officer of 37IB Alyas Dayang was arrested through a Warrant of Arrest in the case of Attempted Murder with Criminal Case Number 20-5937.

“Her comrades in the communist terrorist group left her because she was pregnant, so she was only busy with the escape of her comrades in the movement.” “Through a joint Law Enforcement Support Operation of the 37th Infantry (Conqueror) Battalion, Palimbang MPS, Kalamansig MPS and 2nd SKPMFC, the said pregnant logistics officer of the communist group was caught while hiding in a dense area,” said Lt. . Col. Baldomar.

Due to his condition, Alyas Dayang was immediately given appropriate medical attention at the nearest government medical facility through a military ambulance.

So far, four communist leaders have been captured, nine have been killed and twelve have surrendered while twelve weapons have been surrendered and eighteen have been captured by the military under the Joint Task Force Central, since January until now.
