CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – No less than the regional director of National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA-10) RD Manuel Orduña delivered an inspirational message at Kiosko Kagawasan in Cagayan de Oro, during the inauguration of Pres Ferdinand “Bongbong Marcos on June 30, 2022.
Orduña, in his message, mentioned the substantive achievements of NTF ELCAC in particular, and the Duterte Administration in general in bringing about peace, order and development in the country; and, pointed out the convergence of efforts of all stakeholders in providing services to our people.
He called on the audience to as well extend all-out support to the next Administration in its quest for unity, peace and development. He pointed out the convergence of efforts of all stakeholders in providing services to our people.
Part 2 of the program was the symbolic distribution of food packs and other items led by COCPO Director P / Colonel Aaron Mandia.
Another resource person during the activity was a former NPA amazon, identified as @Lala, was the “FR Resource Person,” who narrated her unfortunate experiences inside the CTG, called on the audience to be watchful of their children and protect them from being lured or enticed into joining CTG front organizations.
It worthy to note that for the past few years, this “best practice” of holding Peace Concert and related “convergence activities” of the different stakeholders initiated by COCPO has become the norm during red-letter days. Moreover, there had been no more militant mass actions conducted by members of CTG front organizations in CDO since the implementation of EO70, considering that most of the key organizers and mobilizers for CTG-instigated mass actions have had returned to mainstream society now helping in the Government’s “Information and Education Campaign,” while the few remaining have had went underground facing various Criminal Cases.
