They are Enhancing effective criminal justice system to foster successful rehabilitation and reintegration of law offenders into our society, we formally conducted the Blessing, Inauguration and Turn-over of the New Misamis Oriental Provincial Jail Facility situated in the municipality of Initao.

This 5-hectare facility amounting to P894,599,999.92 initiated by former governor, now 2nd District Congressman Yevgeny Vincente “Bambi” Emano to address the overcrowding and security concerns of the former Misamis Oriental Provincial Jail located within the Capitol Compound, houses a holistic facility that can accommodate 1,200 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs), Lecture Building with 4 lecture rooms for Technical Skills Training, Interfaith Building for separate Religious Activities, Recreational Facilities with 2 covered courts and stage, Power House with 5 generator sets, Administration Building with 3 Trial Courtrooms and 2 Judicial Offices, Family Visiting Building, and a Healthcare Facility with Nurse Station, Prenatal Care, Dental Office and X-ray room.
