Malacañang has issued a statement saying that former President Rodrigo Duterte was not taken to the Netherlands against his will.
This clarification comes after concerns were raised about the circumstances surrounding Duterte’s transfer to The Hague, where he will face trial at the International Criminal Court (ICC) for alleged crimes against humanity.
