HIRAYA Farm Escape – a 22-hectare master-planned estate in Claveria, Misamis Oriental – kicked off its offerings Friday (March 3) with the double openings of Skye 88 Café and Demetrio’s.
An affiliate of Amaya View and Uptown Condotel, Hiraya Farm Escape is the most recent project of Plumbline Development Corporation.
Whereas Skye 88 Café offers light snacks and coffee, Demetrio’s offers its varied signature pizzas that they have known for since 2020.
“We offer you a place that you can feel at home from the hustle and bustle of city life or take a break from your hectic schedule. We hope this will become a regular stop for our regular guests and locals alike,” quipped Amaya View chief operations officer Candy Unabia.
And indeed it will be since the property offers a stunning 360-degree all-mountain view along the famed Route 955 in barangay Lanise in Claveria.
Skye 88 Café offers fries, truffled pasta, baked spaghetti, lasagna seafood ala Skye, Bolognese, Filipino breakfast, American breakfast, pan-fried chicken, beef tapa, pork adobo, Skye burger sliders, classic Skye clubhouse sandwich, Montecristo, dark chocolate croissant, white chocolate croissant, matcha croissant, butter croissant, blueberry cheesecake, matcha cheesecake, choice truffle, red velvet, carrot cake, tiramisu, oatmeal bar, choco brownies, caramel roll, choco chip rolein read, chicken bun, hot coffee, iced coffee, frappes, smoothies, refreshers and beverages.
Meanwhile, Demetrio’s offers spinachi, aloHawaiian, formaggi, Maximo meatlovers, pepperoni & jalapeno, Italian sausage and chicken BBQ.
Hiraya Farm Escape is envisioned to be a weekend breather, offering farm lots typified by a country life set within a 3,171 feet above sea level mountain landscape with maximum daily temperatures of 20°C.
