Former Executive Secretary Salvador “Bingbong” Medialdea has been discharged from a hospital in The Hague, Netherlands, after undergoing a successful medical heart procedure, Senator Bong Go announced on Saturday.
Medialdea had been confined for several days, and while the procedure was successful, doctors have advised him to remain in the Netherlands for at least six more weeks before he is cleared to travel.
The former executive secretary expressed his gratitude to everyone who prayed and continues to pray for his recovery.
Meanwhile, Senator Bong Go also renewed his call for continued prayers for the safety, health, and freedom of former President Rodrigo Duterte.
