Investors in Cagayan de Oro and other parts of Northern Mindanao will have another opportunity to participate in the Philippine capital markets as Arthaland Corporation (ALCO) opens its Series G and H preferred share offering from September 14 to 18, 2026.

The offering can be accessed digitally through GStocks PH in the GCash app, offered by broker AB Capital Securities Inc., giving eligible retail investors another way to participate without having to coordinate with a physical broker.

Arthaland’s Series G and H preferred shares are priced at ₱500 per share. Series G (ALCPG) carries an annual dividend rate of 7.3260%, while Series H (ALCPH) carries 7.8105%, subject to the terms and conditions of the offering.

Preferred shares generally provide fixed dividends and have priority over common shareholders in the payment of dividends. Investors should still consider the terms, risks, and their own financial circumstances before investing.

For retail investors, digital platforms such as GStocks PH are making participation in share offerings more accessible. Its IPO and follow-on offering subscription feature allows users to monitor the broker’s available tranche through a subscription meter and check their share allocation as the subscription is processed.

If the broker’s initial tranche is fully taken up and the offering becomes oversubscribed, investors may still place orders, with allocation results released after the offer period.

Fully verified GCash users can access GStocks PH through the Invest section of the GCash app. Users can also transfer funds to and from their GCash wallet without needing a separate bank account.

The Arthaland Series G and H preferred share offering will run from September 14 to 18, 2026.

As with any investment, interested investors are encouraged to review Arthaland’s disclosures, offering terms, potential risks, and their financial capacity before making an investment decision.
