THE Oro-Trade and Investment Promotions Center (Oro-TIPC), Kagay-an Misamis (KAMI) Creative Council, and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Misamis Oriental hold a press briefing to announce the ‘Bulawanong Bahandi 2026’ for Kagay-an Creative Industries Month this September.
The press briefing highlighted the lined-up activities for Bulawanong Bahandi, including Saturday’s free series of talks dubbed ‘Tive Talks on Terracotta, which will discuss the history, visual artistry, and future innovations of terracotta in Cagayan de Oro.
The event takes place on September 12 at 1:00 PM at the Xavier University Little Theatre.
Also lined up are free creative workshops on September 17–18 at the parks in Divisoria.
Featured sessions include Terracotta Sculpture, Pot Painting, Drawing and Coloring, Painting, Podcasting, Hosting and Voiceover 101, Publishing and Printed Media, as well as film showings and a poetry night. CIO
