Bureau of Customs (BOC)-Port of Davao distributed 220 relief care packages to families affected by typhoon “Paeng” in Brgy. Badak and Brgy. Kushiong, Datu Odin Sinsuat (DOS), Maguindanao.
Through the collective efforts of the men and women of the Port of Davao, the relief drive last November 23, 2022 was able to provide affected families with relief packages that contain three kilos of rice, coffee, toothpaste, vinegar, soy sauce, canned tuna, instant noodle and packs of Vitamin C.
The activity is part of BOC’s Customs Social Responsibility (CSR) program for its stakeholders and the general public under the leadership of Commissioner Yogi Filemon Ruiz, aligned with the humanitarian advocacies of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
BOC Davao will continue to actively participate and conduct activities as part of its community involvement.
