The simple topping off ceremony was held at the rooftop of Building 4 on Friday, 15 March 2024 was led by Ivy Gamotin, Cagayan de Oro Branch Head and Northern Mindanao Sr. Project Development Manager of Filinvest Land, and graced by representatives of its key partners: Engr. Cherie B. Fernandez, President and COO of SharePro, Inc., the Filinvest Group’s technical and management services arm; Ar. Art Butac, AVP Technical Planning Head of SharePro, Inc., Ar. Richmond Gallo, Construction Management Area Head of Share Pro Inc., and Elmer Monsale, Northern Mindanao Division Head of East West Bank;
The project broke ground on February 25, 2023, but only took twelve months to top off.
