CAGAYAN DE ORO — Having a sense of purpose gives the Alliance of Certified Enforcers (ACE) Party-List a reason why it amplifies its mission for the 20th Congress.
With a clear mandate, ACE Party-List is gunning for a seat in Congress for reason it had seen the urgent need to level up the country’s security sector into a formidable partner in the maintenance of peace and order, more particularly in the country’s rural communities .
Having said that, ACE Party-List Founding Chairman and Ist Nominee Erwin B. Culanag has set his focus in filing measures that would give impetus in strenthening the country’s community-based security, peace being the cornerstone in enriching communities and individual lives, embracing diversity and support to one another to the fullest extent possible.
Through caring, generosity, and fairness, ACE Party-List aims to provide a cornerstone in the attainment of sustainable, just, meaningful, vibrant, and community life, Culanag said.
Here are some of the legislations ACE Party-List would amplify in the 20th Congress:
-Creation of a National Fraternal Order of Law Enforcers that will serve as an avenue to ventilate issues and concerns among those who dedicate their lives in protecting and serving the communities.
-Legislate measures on the provision of legal and health assistance for law enforcement retirees, the sick and Persons with Disabilities.
-Rationalization of minimum standards and policy regulations of the country’s management of jails and penitentiaries.
-Establish and promulgate appropriate measures to protect communtiy-based emergency disasters and relief workers.

To unite and mobilize Law Enforcement Officers in support of social justice reforms as protectors of communities and development enablers of our society.

-To unite and educate Philippine law enforcers of their democratic rights and economic welfare.
-To advance a scientifiic and mass-based orientation on law enforcement eduction.
-To put in place pro-active and dynamic participation of enforcers in values formation and Christian-driven way of life.
