THE Land Transportation Office of Region 10 through the leadership of Regional Director Nelson S. Manaloto heeds the directive of LTO Assistant Secretary Markus V. Lacanilao to join and support the Lab for All caravan at Capitol University Cagayan de Oro City on May 18 and 19, 2026. The Lab for All initiative is spearheaded by the Office of the First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos.
As part of the program, LTO Region 10 offered free theoretical driving course for applicants of student driverโs permit with a total of 84 graduates.
Additionally, in partnership with the LTO accredited medical clinics of Region 10, medical services such as issuance of medical certificates for LTO student permit/license purposes and medical consultation were readily available and free of charge.
The LTO services available for the caravan also included application for student driverโs permit (72 grantees), renewal of driverโs license and renewal of motor vehicle registration (three recipients).
Furthermore, LTO Region 10 distributed motorcycle plates to four new units.
