PCOL JOVIT L CULAWAY, Provincial Director of Buk PPO reported to Regional Director PBGEN ROLINDO M SUGUILON regarding the arrest of most wanted person on September 23, 2025 at 9:00PM at Purok 5, Barangay Adtuyon, Pangantucan, Bukidnon.
Personnel of Buk 2nd PMFC led by PLTCOL ALFREDO G ORTİZ JR, FC, together with EL Salvador CPS, Misamis Oriental PPO, Pangantucan MPS, RSOU 10, 1003rd MC, RMFB10, RIDMD Detectives, 71st Airforce Group Reserved, DI-MAPIO in coordination with PIT, Bukidnon PIU, conducted police operation that resulted in the arrest of Jomarie Vergara y Diwan “aka Lalang”, 21-year-old, male, single, laborer and a resident of aforementioned place tagged as Top 10 Most Wanted Person in Regional Level, Top 6 Most Wanted Person in Provincial Level and Top 1 Most Wanted Person in City Level for the crime of RA 8353 (Anti Rape Law of 1997) docketed under Criminal Case No. R-CDO-25 -03123- CR with no bail bond recommended.
The arrested person was now under the custody of Pangantucan MPS for documentation and proper disposition.
The Provincial Director expressed his compliment to the responding PNP personnel for a job well done. He also stated that cooperation and support of the community is the key to make Bukidnon a safe place to live and do business. ###
