The project includes the concreting of over 36,000 square meters of the CBU stockyard, a three-lane PDI facility equipped with standardized lighting and inspection pits, enabling 100% underbody inspection., two accessories installation lanes, a Body Repair & Painting and Technical Repair Facility, three accessory warehouses, and a centralized office to improve operational coordination.
Driven by increasing demand for fuel-efficient and reliable vehicles, the expansion was completed in December 2025. Its strategic location in Laguna enables efficient distribution across NCR, North and South Luzon, and easy access to ports serving the Visayas and Mindanao. โThrough this expansion, we significantly improve operational efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to Suzukiโs global standards,โ said Norihide Takei, Director and General Manager for the Automobile Division. โThis allows faster delivery to dealers without compromising inspection quality.โ
Regular audits by Suzuki Motor Corporation (Japan) and global subsidiaries ensure compliance with international standards. Safety enhancementsโincluding a concreted stockyard, improved spacing, blind spot reduction measures, and upcoming pit occupancy sensorsโfurther strengthen operations. Continuous personnel training and employee welfare programs also support high-quality output.
