The 58th Flag Raising Ceremony at the Provincial Capitol Grounds, on September 4, 2023, was hosted by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Misamis Oriental (SP Misor). The ceremony was graced by Vice Governor Jeremy Jigjag Pelaez, Board Members Gerardo Sabal III, Dexter Yasay, Fredrick Khu, Rey Buhisan, Princess Emano, Wayne Militante and Saysay Emano and the staff of Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
