ROTARY International District 3870 Governor-Elect Gigi “Gilda” Go has appointed Past Assistant Governor (PAG) Luis Ramon Pineda as stewardship chair under the District’s Rotary Foundation Committee for RY 2023-2024 which will start this June.
Stewardship is the cornerstone of The Rotary Foundation to ensure the careful management of Rotary Foundation grant funds and for educating Rotarians on proper and effective grant management.
With this new assignment, Pineda will be working with eight other chairmen under the District Rotary Foundation Committee to educate clubs about the Foundation and inspire them to support its programs and fundraising activities.
Rotary International District 3870 has 44 clubs in the provinces of Bukidnon, Misamis Oriental, Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur, North Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao, Camiguin and Cagayan de Oro City.
Pineda belongs to the Rotary Club of Carmen Valley.
