RCCDO’s Pabalon Nga Paglaum Scholarship Project is a partnership with the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) providing financial support for 6 selected scholars. Now on it’s second year, the club introduced a mentoring program aimed at providing personal guidance and support for our scholars, amidst the rising epidemic of mental health issues in Northern Mindanao.   The RCCDO Scholarship Program supported a total of 5 scholars in RY2023, and an additional scholar was adopted for school year 2024-2025 bringing the total to 6 scholars. Each scholar received a PHP 7,000 allowance per semester, amounting to a total giving of PHP 84,000 for the year.   THE RCCDO and the Spouses of RCCDO launched the Scholar Mentoring on July 9, 2024 as a supplementary initiative to enhance the project. Each scholar is partnered with a Rotarian and spouse mentor pair, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment. The scholars now have their own personal Rotarian coaches who can assist them in finding the right answers or even guide them to ask the right questions.   List of Scholars & Mentors Kimberly C.
