CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) Northern Mindanao Region 19 (NMR 19) successfully conducted its Leadership Seminar, strengthening its commitment to develop quality leaders rooted in service to community and God.
The seminar was led by Honorable Eagle Executive PEIL Director Kuya Dondon Allorin, with the support of Eagle Chartered Vice Governor and PEIL Director Kuya Charlo B. Yare Jr. The initiative was guided by Eagle Chartered Governor Kuya Alene Cabaron Valencia.
Service-Focused Leadership
Organizers said the program reflects NMR 19’s strong commitment to producing leaders inspired to serve. The seminar emphasized the Eagles’ core advocacies: education, environmental protection, disaster preparedness, health services including medical and dental missions, bloodletting programs, and Alalayang Agila.

“May this experience equip us to stand firm and overcome the trials we face in our daily lives,” the group said. “Let us continue to encourage others to serve with dignity and honor, always remembering that true leadership is rooted in service, not in being served.”
The event cited Matthew 20:26: “Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant.”
Mabuhay ang Tunay na Agila. Mabuhay ang NMR 19.
