THE Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Region 10 conducted a turnover of command ceremony today at the BJMP Regional Office 10, marking the transition of leadership and responsibilities among 15 officers assigned to various positions in the regional office and jail units across Northern Mindanao.
The ceremony was led by JCSupt. Felixberto Jagorin Sr., regional director of the Jail Bureau, and formally marked the transfer of duties and responsibilities among outgoing and incoming personnel including jail wardens and officers designated to various positions in the regional office.
The activity highlighted the importance of leadership, teamwork and accountability in ensuring the smooth delivery of services and the continued implementation of the Bureau’s programs and responsibilities.
BJMP Region 10 remains committed to strengthening organizational efficiency and professionalism through leadership transitions that promote collaboration, responsible stewardship and the effective delivery of public service.
