GLOBAL payments company NALA is strengthening its United States-to-Philippines remittance service by offering free transfers, competitive exchange rates and a $20 bonus for first-time users sending at least $50.
The company said the move aims to provide Filipinos living in the United States with a faster, more affordable and reliable way to send money home through digital platforms.

Through the NALA app, customers can transfer money to popular Philippine mobile wallets such as GCash, Maya, Coins and GrabPay as well as to major bank accounts nationwide.
According to the company, users from the United States, United Kingdom and European Union can access the service using mobile wallet and bank payout options.
The Philippines remains one of the world’s largest remittance markets.
Based on data from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, overseas Filipino cash remittances reached $35.63 billion in 2025 with the United States remaining the top source of remittances to the country.
NALA said customers can immediately view exchange rates and transfer fees before completing transactions, allowing greater transparency and control over their remittances.
“Filipinos in the United States send money home for the people and moments that matter most, from family support to education, medical needs and daily expenses,” said Benjamin Fernandes, founder and chief executive officer of NALA.
“Our goal is to make that process faster, simpler and more affordable. The US-to-Philippines corridor is a major priority for NALA, and we are focused on giving customers a transparent experience with strong rates, trusted payout options and real value on every transfer.”
The company added that the platform also supports Apple Pay and Google Pay, personalized transfer limits, scheduled repeat transfers, transfer reminders and 24/7 customer support.
NALA said its growing presence in the Philippines is part of its broader effort to modernize remittance services for overseas Filipinos through digital-first financial solutions.
New eligible users who send money from the United States to the Philippines may receive a $20 first-transfer bonus using the promo code “USPH,” subject to terms and eligibility conditions.
