CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Regional Director Aminoden D. Guro has awarded a notice of compliance to the municipality of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon province.
The award was made after a thorough evaluation made by the LTFRB RFRO 10 and the third party consultants – and the Local Public Transport Route Plan (LPTRP) of the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon has been approved by the LTFRB.
LTFRB 10 Regional Director Aminoden D. Guro has personally awarded the Notice of Compliance to the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon represented by the Executive Assistant, Atty. Ricci A. Jamila, from the Office of the Municipal Mayor of Manolo Fortich.
Also in attendance were the MPDC OIC Cherry Fe Amor Q. Magallones, Manolo Fortich RTA Head Mr. Diosdado Enscensio, Chief of Transportation Development Officer Mr. Dima-arig M. Diamla and Financial Analyst II Ms. Marianne C. Ulep of LTFRB 10, and PUVMP RPMO 10 personnel headed by Engr. Faisal B. Pilingan, Planning Officer III.
The LPTRP is in accordance with the Department of Transportation Department Order 2017-011 or the Omnibus Guidelines on the Planning and Identification of the Public Road Transportation Services and Franchise Issuance otherwise known as the Omnibus Franchising Guidelines (OFG) and all the other pertinent Memorandum Circulars of LTFRB.
