Local businessman and native of Lapasan, Rudy “Janggo” Mediana, sponsored a Zumba event as an advance Mother’s Day celebration last Saturday, May 9.
The activity was held in San Juan Dos, Lapasan, in this city.
Hundreds of mothers, children, women, and even their husbands from the sitio were very happy that Janggo Mediana sponsored the fitness activity.
After the Zumba session, residents of the area also received treats from Janggo Mediana in the form of his famous Janggo Pandesal, which is delicious and free from preservatives because it is freshly baked on the spot and immediately consumed by the residents. And of course, that’s coupled with steaming coffee, too!
Janggo Mediana also selected four lucky winners for the following categories:
Best in Zumba – Female Category
Best in Zumba – Male Category
Best in Zumba Attire – Female Category
Best in Zumba Attire – Male Category
But this is not the only outreach activity carried out by Janggo Mediana.
Since May 1, he has already visited five sitios in Barangay Lapasan and met with various residents in the area.
He also extended assistance to unfortunate fire victims in Barangay Lapasan by providing canned goods, used clothing, and construction materials.
Rudy “Janggo” Mediana’s goal is to continuously help all residents of Lapasan.
