Key Shelter Agencies Align for 2025 Housing Priorities in Northern Mindanao

The Regional Human Settlements and Urban Development Coordinating Committee (RHSUDCC), chaired by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Regional Office 10, recently convened its 3rd Quarter Meeting for Calendar Year 2025. The meeting, hosted by the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), brought together key stakeholders to discuss progress and contributions to the 2023-2028 Regional Development Plan.

The committee focused on addressing housing backlogs, updates on the Expanded 4PH Program, and preparations for Shelter Month 2025. These initiatives aim to provide affordable housing solutions and improve the lives of residents in Northern Mindanao. Regional Director Rey Oñes Niog, EnP, led the meeting, ensuring that the region’s housing targets are met through strengthened agency coordination.

Participating Key Shelter Agencies (KSAs) included Pag-IBIG Fund, National Housing Authority (NHA) 10, SHFC-CDOC, National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC) 10, and Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) 10. These agencies work together to achieve the region’s housing goals and provide support to residents.
