-Governor backs Oro Chamber’s hosting of 35th MinBizCon, strengthens private sector partnerships

MISAMIS ORIENTAL — Governor Juliette Uy of Misamis Oriental continues to push for stronger collaboration with the private sector to drive economic growth and attract more investments in the province.
Gov. Uy recently voiced full support for the Cagayan de Oro Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Inc., as it hosts the 35th Mindanao Business Conference on August 11-13 at The Atrium, Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City. The event is expected to gather over 1,000 business leaders, industry movers, policymakers, and investors from across Mindanao.
The Oro Chamber said Gov. Uy has been consistent in supporting its programs since taking office. Her presence and backing for MinBizCon underscore the provincial government’s commitment to showcasing Misamis Oriental’s resources, tourism potential, and investment opportunities.
“Padayon pa ang pagsuporta ug pakighiusa ni Governor Uy sa pribadong sektor isip kabahin sa paningkamot sa pagpalig-on sa ekonomiya ug pagdani og dugang oportunidad alang sa katawhang Misamisnon,” the provincial government said.
With MinBizCon set in Cagayan de Oro, Gov. Uy’s administration aims to highlight the province’s competitive edge and open more doors for jobs and development for Misamisnons.
