CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – An evening of timeless melodies and heartwarming performances awaits Kagay-anons as Father & Sons’ Music stages its highly anticipated benefit concert, “Echoes of Time”, on August 24, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Grand Caprice, Limketkai Center.
With the theme “A Generation of Music,” the concert promises a musical journey spanning classical, retro, and contemporary genres—uniting generations through sound and soul.
Organized for a meaningful cause, the concert will raise funds for cancer and chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients, blending artistry with advocacy.
“Echoes of Time is more than just a performance. It’s a celebration of Cagayan de Oro’s rich musical talent and a tribute to the healing power of music,” said the organizers from Father & Sons’ Music, a well-respected music institution in the city known for its passionate advocacy for musical education.
A Showcase of Local Brilliance
The concert will feature an impressive lineup of local talents, including pianists, soloists, guitarists, saxophonists, and other musical performers, alongside music teachers from Father & Sons’ Music School and partner institutions.
These artists, many of whom have trained and mentored generations of young musicians in the city, aim to inspire the audience with heartfelt performances while promoting music as a transformative force in the community.
“Our vision is to elevate Cagayan de Oro’s musical landscape, open doors for aspiring musicians, and influence the next generation. Echoes of Time is a platform to do just that,” the organizers added.
