A JOINT inspection of the amusement rides and parlor games operated by Mary Rose Carnival was undertaken on Tuesday, Aug. 4, by City Hall’s Regulatory Compliance Board (RCB) as part of the preparations for the upcoming Higalaay Festival 2026.
The inspection was led by the RCB headed by Atty. Edgardo Uy in coordination with the Games and Amusement Committee of the 21st City Council represented by its Chairperson City Councilor Jing Daba and City Councilor Al Legaspi Sr.
The inspection is intended to ensure that all rides and attractions comply with the city’s safety standards and regulatory requirements to help provide a safe and enjoyable festival experience for the public.(DYM/CIO)
