The Rotary Club of Carmen Valley has all three.
Thus, it was with great excitement that Carmen Valley celebrated its 44th Induction and Handover Ceremonies as new President Francis Endaya accepted the gavel of responsibility from outgoing President Rico Pineda, witnessed by luminaries that included Guest Speaker Past District Governor (PDG) City Councilor Gigi Go.
Congratulations, too, to the Rotaract Club of Carmen Valley, one of the strongest in the District, as they inducted their new Officers!
