SM Supermalls once again brought the true spirit of Christmas to life through
ChriSMiles, a beloved annual volunteer initiative dedicated to uplifting communities
with special needs. This holiday season, SM City CDO Uptown and SM CDO
Downtown joined hands to share joy and hope with the girls of DSWD Region 10’s
Home for Girls.
The home shelters girls rescued from domestic violence and physical abuse. SM
volunteers spent meaningful time with the children, sharing laughter, stories, and
moments of celebration. Currently caring for 56 girls, the home continues to be a place
of strength, healing, and renewed hope after difficult past experiences. To help make
their Christmas brighter, SM CDO Malls provided food baskets and grocery items for
the girls to share and enjoy during the holiday season.
The day was filled with warmth, hope, and unforgettable smiles—reminding everyone
that even the simplest acts of kindness can create a lasting impact. Through
ChriSMiles, SM CDO Malls continues to inspire a culture of kindness, making the
season brighter for the communities they serve.
