Army, TESDA team up for soldiers’ technical skills development

FORT BONIFACIO, Taguig City – The Philippine Army and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) successfully cascaded the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Calendar Year 2024 that aims to enhance the technical skills of PA personnel at Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on September 02, 2024. 

 ⁨Army Personnel Management Center Director Col. Patrick B. De Villa, and TESDA Deputy Director General for TESD Operations, DDG Vidal D. Villanueva during the Cascading of PA-TESDA MOU at Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig⁩

The cascading event aimed to ensure that the strategic objectives of the PA-TESDA partnership are well understood and effectively implemented by G1s of Philippine Army Major Units and Regional Directors. The MOU for CY 2024 focuses on providing accessible technical and vocational training programs to Army personnel, empowering them with skills vital for both military and civilian roles.


The Philippine Army ensures that its personnel are prepared for future challenges both within and outside the military service. This initiative reflects the Army’s commitment to the holistic development of its soldiers, ensuring they remain resilient and adaptable in an ever-evolving landscape
