NOVELYN Samblacenio of Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City is the first hired on the spot today who successfully secured employment during the DOLE Handog ng Pangulo: Trabaho Agad job fair at SM CDO Downtown.
Handog ng Pangulo is the annual nationwide outreach of the national government to honor President Marcos’ birthday each year. He turned 69 last September 13.
One of the components of the Handog ng Pangulo is the Trabaho Agad job fair held simultaneously in all regions in the country.
Novelyn shares her job-hunting experience and offered valuable advice and encouragement to fellow jobseekers pursuing their dream of finding work.

A total of 54 employers participated with 1,609 vacancies for local and 1,070 overseas in the following industries: BPO, transportation and logistics, manufacturing and retail with the following vacancies: customer service representative, laborer, tour attendants, bus drivers and conductors.
