Aves, to establish operational mechanisms for registering 4Ps beneficiaries, Social Pensioners, and clients of the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) under the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys).
This partnership prevents benefit fraud and accelerates service delivery for vulnerable sectors throughout Northern Mindanao.
Government directives drive the integration of the PhilSys (National ID) with DSWD social programs, aiming to create a centralized, digital social protection database.
The agencies focus on accelerating identity checks to process financial aid under AICS and verifying social pensioners without relying on multiple manual documents.
This measure also eliminates duplicate registrations and ensures that government assistance reaches the intended recipients, such as 4Ps grantees.
To ensure that no eligible families remain behind, DSWD X, PSA X, 4Ps workers, and local government units have organized mobile registration teams.
These teams operate alongside regular registration sites to make the National ID accessible to marginalized and remote communities.
