#LDN’s 15 storey Twin Towers
The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Regional Director Ariel B. Abragan, who represented Sec. Jerry Acuzar, and Municipal Mayor Dionisio Cabahug, Jr. of Tubod recently did the groundbreaking and signing of a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) that paves the way for the construction of 750 condominium units within 2 15-storey buildings to be constructed at Tubod, Lanao Del Norte.
This significant activity centered around the 4PH program, a flagship initiative envisioned by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. through the DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar.
The groundbreaking and JVA signing ceremony, held in the province of Lanao del Norte, marked a significant step forward in addressing housing needs and improving the living conditions of the community. This initiative falls under the larger framework of the 4PH program, which aims to provide affordable and sustainable housing solutions for Filipinos across the nation.
During the ceremony, Regional Director Ariel Abragan highlighted the 4Ph program, the flagship program of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. He expressed his gratitude for this program stating that, ” Atung pasalamatan si President Marcos ug si Secretary Jerry Acuzar sa ilang program nga Pambansang Para sa Pilipino para sa bagong Pilipinas. Tungod ani na programa atong mahatagan og importansya ang kinahanglanon sa mga puy-anan sa mga Pilipino.”
RD Abragan also expressed his gratitude for the unwavering support of the Governor Angging Dimaporo and Local Government Unit (LGU) of Tubod, he added “Nakita sa atong pinalangga nga Governor nga dinhi sa gyud unahon sa Tubod kay daghan maka benepisyo dinhi as the capital of the province, atung pasalamatan si Gov Angging tungod ana.”
In his speech, Mayor Jimmy Cabahug Jr. emphasized the commitment to turn this vision into reality, expressing that they are dedicated to ensuring the project’s successful completion. They have been consistently engaged in efforts to make sure their dream becomes a prominent reality, even reaching out to Manila for support and attention.
The Joint Venture Agreement signed during the ceremony outlines the roles and responsibilities of both the DHSUD and the LGU Tubod in the construction and management of these housing units. This agreement symbolizes a commitment to collaboration, transparency, and accountability, ensuring that the 4PH program’s objectives are met efficiently.
Also present in the event were Vice Mayor Clifford Jumalon and members of the Sangguniang Bayan. Gov. Angging Dimaporo , Cong. Khalid Dimaporo, and Cong. Sittie Aminah Q. Dimaporo were also duly represented. DHSUD 10 personnel played a significant role in bolstering the event, with Engr. Joey Lee Guibingcan,Atty. Razenne Kyra Doctolero, Engr. Hanna May Jimenez, Engr. Frandale Meris, Mr. Rexel Arcenal, Mr. Richard Maboloc, Ms. Shella Mae Galarpe, Ms. Ritchell Pacquingan, Mr. Rodel Tuyor, Mr. Rey Arat, and Mr. Anthony Gerongco .
