THE highest number of Kagay-anons served was recorded when 7,193 residents availed themselves of various services during Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy’s People’s Day at City Hall on Thursday, July 9.

“Akong dakong pasalamat sabtanan nating mga kauban nga nagtinabangay aron mahimong malampuson ang atong People’s Day.”

“Kining tanan alang sa paghatod sa Kasingkasing ug Kalidad nga Serbisyo alang sa matag Kagay-anon,” Uy said.

Uy launched today’s People’s Day ahead of the usual schedule after learning that thousands of eager residents had patiently lined up since last night.

With thousands of residents in attendance, Mayor Klarex Uy’s staff remained alert and are implementing strict safety measures to ensure that every Kagay-anon in line is safe and sound.

Earlier in the day, the activity was marred by brownout but chief of staff Sheila Lumbatan and personnel from the City Mayor’s Office, CDRRMD, RTA and COCPO were on hand to bring government services closer to the people. CIO
