1980 Magic Paddle is the only one in Cagayan de Oro City that has a venue for micro pickleball.
Micro pickleball is a scaled down form of the game. Played on a table, think of ping pong but following the pickleball sport.
1980 Magic Paddle is located in a very spacious spot along the road going to Iponan Centro just a stone’s throw away from Iponan crossing where you can have your car washed, sweat an hour of pickleball and order some snacks at the resto.
The array of the dishes at 1980 Cafe are mouthwatering: roti, tomyangkom soup, chicken curry, roast beef, honey chicken wings, chicken satay skewers, tinola tuna soup, to name a few.
They’ve got a series of beverages such as coffee (French press, Americano, Spanish latte, salted caramel, mocha, cappuccino latte, hazelnut latte); smoothies; beer and more.
For those who are still playing in between games, light snacks are in order such as chicken fingers with fries and pasta (truffle pasta, spaghetti meat balls, seafood gambas pasta, tuna carbonara).
1980 Magic Paddle is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. from Mondays to Thursdays and until midnight on weekends.
The flagship spot is in Iponan but they also have a quieter branch just near the entrance of Apovel subdivision in Bulua where you can simply chill the night away while sipping ice cold beer!
Oh before I forget, I gotta tell you that their Apovel spot has a private room available for ten persons consumable complete with smart TV so you can sing your hearts away or watch a movie.
