WITH hearts filled with gratitude, pride, and joy, Barangay Balulang, under the Leadership of Punong Barangay Edwin Micabani, proudly celebrates another significant milestone as it was recognized as the Most Outstanding Lupong Tagapamayapa at the Regional Level under the Highly Urbanized City (HUC) Category during the awarding ceremony held Wednesday at Chali Resort and Conference Center.

This remarkable achievement reflects the unwavering commitment of our Lupong Tagapamayapa, barangay officials, and community members in promoting peace, justice, and harmonious conflict resolution. This recognition is a testament to the collective efforts of everyone who has contributed to strengthening the Katarungang Pambarangay program and fostering unity within our community. It serves as both an honor and a motivation to continue upholding the values of integrity, fairness, and compassion in serving the people.

“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our partners, stakeholders, and residents whose support has made this achievement possible. Together, we celebrate this victory and reaffirm our commitment to building a peaceful, progressive, and empowered Barangay Balulang.
Congratulations, Barangay Balulang! This honor belongs to every Balulanganon,” Micabani said.
