The Office of the Chief Minister (OCM) through the Project TABANG, headed by Dr. Tomanda D. Antok, and the Police Regional Office in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region (PROBAR) through the Regional Medical and Dental Unit (RMDU), headed by PLtCol. Alma E. Paredes, led the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Tuesday, 9 May 2023/ 19 Shawwal 1444 AH.
The MOU aims to strengthen its services in delivering medical supplies and dental services, and to support each other with program development activities, and to explore effective strategies in community settings and development of its services within and outside the Bangsamoro region.
Cotabato City Police Office (CCPO) Director PCol. Querubin L. Manalang, Jr., represented by Deputy City Director for Administration PLtCol. Edwin Placio, extended his gratitude to the officials and key officers of both parties in attaining the goal towards peace and development, health and wellness through the conduct of medical and health services to the Bangsamoro people.
The MOU signing was witnessed by the Project TABANG’s Health Ancillary Services Unit Head, Sittie Majadiyah E. Omar and Medical Team Leader Jennifer P. Ali, and RMDU PMaj. Ariel Del Castillo.
In attendance, Media Productions and Communications Unit, headed by Hadji Harris Mukaram Ismael, together with RMDU Personnel, and CCPO’s Medical and Dental Team, also graced the said activity, which was held at the Cotabato City Police Office, PC Hill, Barangay Rosary Heights 1.
